COVID-19 Updates - We Are Still Here For You!
Our doors may be closed, but we are still taking care of our clients, adding new families, adding babies, issuing breast pumps and providing farmer’s market produce when possible. Please call our front office at 970-728-4289 or email our WIC Educator at firstname.lastname@example.org.
WIC is a federally funded supplemental food program for pregnant, breastfeeding and postpartum women, their infants and children up through five years of age and provides nutritional education and food vouchers to purchase WIC approved foods. Please contact San Miguel County Department of Health at 970-728-4289 for appointments and further information on qualifications. The WIC Referral Form can be completed online.
