The County Administration Office is responsible for implementing the policies and vision of the Board of County Commissioners. The County Manager provides executive leadership and support to the Commissioners and the organization to achieve and deliver excellent services on behalf of the citizens and stakeholders of San Miguel County.


The mission of the County Administration Office is to:

  • Implement Board of County Commissioner policies and decisions by providing efficient and effective direction to each department to enhance its ability to carry out its responsibilities
  • Manage fiscal affairs of the county including preparation of annual budget
  • Manage county facilities and capital projects
  • Provide administrative support for the Board of County Commissioners
