The Administration Division is responsible for criminal justice records information release to the public, public information release, fingerprint processing allowed by statute, concealed handgun permit processing, facility management, procurement, finances, and budget planning.
The Administration Division is responsible for information released to the public and the media. Case reports are prepared by Sheriff's Office Deputies and prepared for transmittal to the District Attorney's Office for prosecution or further investigation. The Division maintains the files of case reports and other criminal justice information and processes the release of case files to authorized individuals.
