Agendas and minutes from May 19th, 2021, and forward are below. For archived agendas through May 12, 2021, please visit the Novus Agenda site and use the search function to select your date range. 

To Join a Zoom Meeting: Register with Zoom before entering the meeting. Sign in with Zoom.us with your meeting ID. You will be prompted to put your name (first and last name) and valid email address into the form. You will then receive a unique code from the email address you entered and be able to join the meeting. A first and last name is necessary to be allowed into the meeting.

ZOOM Help Center - All meetings are provided on a Zoom platform to encourage public participation.  If you wish to speak:

Via Computer:

Click Raise Hand in the webinar controls. The host will be notified that you've raised your hand.

  1. If the host allows you to talk, you may be prompted to unmute yourself. While unmuted, your profile picture and name are displayed to the host and panelists. Only your name is displayed to other attendees.
  2. Click Raise Hand in the webinar controls to lower it, if needed. This will not mute yourself if you are unmuted.

Notes:

  • Windows: You can also use the Alt+Y keyboard shortcut to raise or lower your hand.
  • Mac: You can also use the Option+Y keyboard shortcut to raise or lower your hand.

If you join the webinar/meeting by phone, dial *9 to raise your hand.

Meeting Minutes - The meeting minutes summarize the final decision made by the Board at the referenced meeting.  Each meeting will also be audio recorded, and that recording is available for review.  In the event there is confusion as to what the final decision of the Board is, the Board will rely on the audio tape to interpret the Board’s intent.  The audio tape shall act as an official record of these proceedings for any necessary purpose when, in the opinion of the Board, the minutes are in any way insufficient.  An audio copy of the Board of County Commissioners’ proceedings is available on the website at https://www.sanmiguelcountyco.gov/661/Agendas-and-Minutes or by contacting the Deputy Clerk to the Board.
