Women Infant Children (WIC)
WIC Program
WIC is a federally funded supplemental food program for pregnant, breastfeeding and postpartum women, their infants and children up through five (5) years of age and provides nutritional education and food vouchers to purchase WIC approved foods. The WIC Referral Form can be completed online. Family Wellness Program
The Family Wellness Program is a local, grant funded program for pregnant women, infants, and children ages birth to five (5) years who fall above the WIC income guidelines and live in San Miguel or Ouray Counties. Participants receive nutrition education, local food assistance, breastfeeding support, and wellness offerings ranging from stress management to childbirth education, sleep consulting to holistic care assistance, and referrals. The program aims to help meet the physical, mental, and emotional needs of young families through collaborative efforts with existing programs and practitioners.

Children with Special Needs Program
Specialty healthcare for children with orthopedic, hearing, visual and neurological disabilities. This program also provides care to children with congenital problems of the heart, developmental problems, and children in need of plastic surgery.
