Curative Data Error for COVID Positives
Public Health has identified a data error for COVID test reporting through Curative. We are working with the State and Curative to get contact information for those who received positive COVID test results between August 23 and today.
If you tested positive and have not yet heard from the Public Health contact tracing team, please email us at email@example.com for isolation guidance and to help us contain the spread of this virus. Public Health will have member of the contact tracing team call you within 24 hours.
Public Health only receives test results for in-county residents. If you are not a county resident, have received a positive COVID test result through Curative, and need assistance with lodging, travel or otherwise, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org.
