Prop HH Ballot Measure Discussion – Friday, September 29^th

On Friday, September 29^th from 9:00am – 10:00am, CCI will host one proponent and one opponent of Prop HH to share their viewpoints with membership. Prop HH is the outcome of SB23-303 and, if passed, will lower property taxes owed, allow the state to keep additional money that would otherwise be refunded to taxpayers, temporarily changes how taxpayer TABOR refunds are distributed and creates new property tax limits for most local governments. Then, on Friday, October 6^th, CCI’s membership will be asked to take a position on Prop HH. Pursuant to CCI’s bylaws, positions on ballot measures are taken by the entire membership during membership meetings.
