[ARCHIVED] LEAP Funding Available to Help With Home HEating Costs

LEAP ad

If you struggle to pay your home heating bill during the winter, you may be eligible for the Colorado Low-income Energy Assistance Program (LEAP), a federally funded program that helps eligible hard-working Colorado families, seniors, and individuals pay a portion of their winter home heating costs. This year, there are also funds available to help with water bills and to help address utility arrearages, but it is on a first-come, first-served basis. For help applying, please reach out to Susan with the San Miguel County Department of Social Services at  970-318-0225. More information can also be found at https://cdhs.colorado.gov/leap.
