San Miguel County strives to keep community members informed of current events throughout the region. We recognize that many people have come to rely on social media for up-to-the-minute information and news, but we also understand that not everyone has social media accounts or always has access to them. In order to reach as many people as possible, we have added our social media feeds to our website. In this way, people can quickly find information on events that may not have made it into our Newsflash, without having to navigate to Facebook.com or Twitter.com. The Sheriff’s Office also has their Twitter feed on their page for the same reason. Please note that accounts are not monitored 24/7 so if you need an immediate response, please call the appropriate department. In case of emergency, dial 911.
