Galloping Goose Temporarily Moved to Ridgway Until October 22nd

The Galloping Goose will be returned to Telluride on Tuesday, October 22nd, at 10:00 a.m.

The Ridgway Railroad Museum is reuniting the Galloping Goose trains as part of the Ouray County Railroad Days event, which is scheduled for October 10th through the 13th. The Ridgway Railroad Museum (with the assistance of the Telluride Volunteer Fire Dept) will be moving Galloping Goose #4 from Telluride to Ridgway at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 8th. They will be operating it, along with Galloping Goose #5, Motor 1, Motor 6, and Inspection Car 1 for public rides on October 12th and 13th. They will run from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. each day.  The address is 200 N. Railroad in Ridgway and they will be charging a $5/day admission for adults (under 10 free) for unlimited rides on everything.
