San Miguel County will not be chipping Christmas trees this year. Please contact your garbage disposal company for pick-up and proper disposal. The funds that pay for the service come from the SMC Waste Disposal District and due to the lack of income from that account, there have been reductions in services. We will be looking at organizing a green waste project year-round with Road and Bridge (possibly beginning this summer).
