By providing a name on this permit application, the applicant certifies that information provided on this permit application and in the plans and specifications is true and accurate. The Owner, Contractor, and Owners Agent agrees to comply with the Building Codes and Land Use regulations adopted by San Miguel County pursuant to the authority given in C.R.S. Title 30, Article 28, County Planning and Building Codes, Parts 1 and 2, as amended. The undersigned further agrees that if the codes, rules, and regulations adopted by San Miguel County are not fully complied with in the location, erection, construction and use of the above described improvements to real property, the permit may be revoked by notice from the County and shall become null and void. The issuance of a permit based on plans, specifications and other data shall not prevent the building official from requiring the correction of errors in the plans, specifications and other data if defects and/or deficiencies are discovered after the permit have been issued. The issuance or granting of a permit shall not be construed to be a permit for, or an approval of, any violation of any provision of this code or of any other regulations of this jurisdiction, including, but not limited to, the San Miguel County Land Use Code.
