Work is expected to begin on/before June 27th, 2018. Copies of the Contract Documents, complete with Construction Specifications and Drawings may be obtained at the Miramonte Building, 333 W. Colorado Ave, 3rd Floor, Telluride, CO.

Please note that the following Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) forms are also required to be submitted by responding bidders:
Form 604 - Statement of Residency for Bid Preference
Form 605 - Contractors Performance Capability Statement
Form 606 - Anti-Collusion Affidavit
Form 621 - Assignment of Anti-Trust Claims
If Form 606 (Anti-Collusion Affidavit) is not submitted with the bid, the bid will be considered non-responsive and shall be rejected.
A mandatory pre-bid conference with the representatives of prospective Bidders is scheduled for Thursday, May 24th, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. The meeting location will be the Commissioner's Meeting Room (Room 201) in the Miramonte Building at 333 W. Colorado Ave, 2nd Floor, Telluride, CO.
All bids that have been duly received will be publicly opened and read aloud at 4:00 p.m., on June 11, 2018, in the same Commissioner's Meeting Room in the Miramonte Building.
